You make sure IZA’s food impresses diners: You prepare our dishes according to set recipes and standards and ensure that every dish is served exactly as it should be - delicious, fresh, and neatly plated.

You’ve got your kitchen under control: You set up your workstation for service, make sure everything is stocked, and keep your area clean and organized throughout your entire shift.

Here, there’s no such thing as “That’s not my job”: We work as a team and pitch in together. Whether it’s prep, the kitchen, the dish area, or cleanup - everyone helps out wherever it’s needed. This keeps the workload distributed fairly, and we get through the shift smoothly together.

You keep your cool even during peak times: When lots of orders come in at once, you stay focused and work quickly. You know what the priority is at any given moment and support your team wherever you’re needed.

You work according to our standards: Clear recipes and established procedures ensure that our guests receive the same quality every time they visit. Cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling are a given for you.

You’re part of the IZA crew: For us, it’s all about the team. The kitchen and service staff work together, not just side by side. We help each other out and work together to keep the place running smoothly.

Experience? Great, but not essential: Experience in kitchens, production or hospitality is a plus, but not a must. Motivation, willingness to learn and a practical mindset matter more to us.
